Domain metrics, backlink profiles, and other factors may change over time due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases through our Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a domain through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. This includes your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, billing address, and shipping address for your registrar account information.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• American Express
• Discover
• PayPal
• Bitcoin and select other cryptocurrencies

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The domain has undisclosed issues that were not mentioned in our domain description.
• The domain metrics provided were significantly inaccurate (more than 20% variance from stated metrics).
• We were unable to successfully transfer the domain to your registrar within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@expireddomains.now with your order number and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Changes in domain metrics or backlink profiles that occur after purchase.
• Issues that arise from your use of the domain after successful transfer.
• Transfer delays caused by your registrar or your failure to provide accurate transfer information.
• Simple change of mind or finding a better alternative elsewhere.

5. Domain Transfer Process

After purchasing a domain, our team will initiate the transfer process to your specified registrar within 24 hours. The transfer process typically includes:

• Preparing the domain for transfer at our registrar
• Providing you with the necessary authorization codes
• Guiding you through the transfer process as needed
• Monitoring the transfer until completion

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registrar account information
• Responding promptly to transfer authorization emails
• Following the transfer instructions provided
• Paying any registrar transfer fees that may apply

Most domain transfers complete within 5-7 business days, but the exact timeframe can vary depending on the registrars involved. We cannot guarantee specific transfer completion dates as this process involves third parties outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

11. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

12. Modifications and Interruptions

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. ExpiredDomains.now and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms and Conditions (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the AAA website: www.adr.org.

The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so.

Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in Kent County, Delaware. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.
